I paid but I do not see my course.
Make sure you are logged in with the same email you used at checkout, then open My learning. If the order is still processing, give it a minute and refresh. Still missing? Send the form below with your order number.
I forgot my password.
Go to Log in and choose Forgot password. We will email you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive in a few minutes.
A video will not play.
Refresh the page, then try another browser or turn off any ad blocker for this site. Videos also need a steady connection, so switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi often helps.
Where are the course downloads?
Guides and templates are listed in the course materials or attached to the lesson that uses them. Open the course and look for the Materials section or the lesson attachments.
How do I get my certificate?
Complete every lesson in the course. When the course shows as complete, your certificate appears on the course page and in your dashboard.
